The baby food can be of two types when we talk about Home Made Baby Food; the raw baby food and the cooked baby food.

The body of a baby can catch the germs easily so it is important to provide hygienic and safe food. The banana has a great nutritional value and can be a good option as a first baby food. The banana can be the best fast food for babies. All you need is a banana and a fork to soften it. Give your child the food that keeps him healthy and happy.
